Under Construction!

Yep! I'm kickin' up a bit of dust around "Pink Chicks"! I thought it was time to have little fun in the new year and give the old blog a new look and maybe a new name as well. I was thinking about calling it "Modern Sewl".   Kind of a play on "sewing" along with the first part of my name "Sol".  Quite a few of my relatives call me Sol (pronounced Soul), so I thought it was cute.  What do you think?

  Take a look a this quilt that I made for a friends baby shower.  Lauren loves frogs and I have been collecting a few prints here and there along the way.  Her sweet baby boy was born on New Years Day.  I think that is a most wonderful way to start the new year don't you?
